Indeed, with more than 30 years in the field of energy storage, we are currently able to help you at any stage of your project. Whether you are studying it, to determine the capacity to deliver for example, or whether you have a quick need to manufacture a series, we can answer you.
The technologies used, LFP and NMC (see the “our cells” tab for more details), the dimensions of the cells, the different capacities, allow us to offer you heat-shrink tubing packs according to your power needs, under different voltages 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72V and in the most suitable formats. In addition, the choice of the BMS (battery management system) is always studied according to your technical specificities.
Each case is different, that’s why we offer different types of assembly. Indeed, the cells can be arranged in separators for example. This gives the pack a certain rigidity, as well as a good cooling capacity. To accommodate location restrictions, cells can also be laid out glued.
Our lithium packs are already used in energy cases, EAV (electrically assisted vehicles) such as scooters, over-boards, electric boats, ULMs but also stackers for every use…
All of our lithium and battery packs are tested in our laboratories on high-tech cycling benches before delivery.
